For those of you that will be here for longer we have a couple day-trip ideas for you:

1. Silver Falls State Park: Hike the "Trail of Ten Falls" and see 10 waterfalls in this moderate well-maintained hike.

2. Visit the Oregon Coast: For our fellow landlocked friends we recommend bundling up and heading to the coast for the day. Pacific City is the closest beach and you can swing by the Tillamook cheese factory on the way there too!
